For starters, I always sync to the Palm desktop. I don't use Outlook
at home, so I didn't know (till I did research) that you can sync the
Palm to Outlook. So I never have.
Secondly, I just found a utility that apparently transfers the
Outlook data to the iPod at:

I have a Palm m500, and just downloaded Palm Desktop v 4.1.4. But
the downloaded version, it says, may not have the "conduits." Too
confusing.
